- English 890 introduces students to the procedures for (and complexities involved in) carrying out qualitative research in the field of Composition Studies. Readings and weekly assignments guide students through the processes of developing a research question, reviewing relevant literature, collecting appropriate data, and analyzing results. Students in this course will design and propose an original study.
- This course, which satisfies the campus first-year writing requirement, focuses on ethnographic research and writing.
